I am a licensed cosmetologist and the salon manager at Avenue Allure Salon, Spa, and Boutique. I am a Denham Springs native. I have always had a natural inclination to create art with hair and makeup. It was only fitting that I would make a career out of my passion, so one month after high school I began the cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell in Baton Rouge. I graduated with color honors and I'm now a color and extension specialist serving the Southern Louisiana and Nashville areas! Coming into my sixth year of providing amazing makeovers, doing hair, and making women feel beautiful about themselves, I realized I wanted to add more to my experience. I provide my sessions with a holistic approach. For me, it's one thing to do a great highlight and send you on your way. It's completely different when I've touched your mind, body, and spirit.

 

On the weekends you can find me at church, with family and friends, or enjoying the outdoors. Family and faith are extremely important to me. I'm a sucker for anything peanut butter flavored! I have two cats and two dogs. You can always find me in the gym because I believe in taking care of your body. Look good, feel good; mentally and physically!

I formed my LLC, Flower Power Hair, two years ago. It's from my favorite song and I felt like it fit my branding so well. The song is about women and their natural beauty. 

 

 I love to travel and my favorite place to visit is the mountains. I also enjoy listening to music. Extensions are my favorite service that I offer; I just love a good transformation. I can't wait to meet you!
